Probate & Estate Administration

Careful assistance for families administering an estate, including documentation, filings, and dealings with the relevant authorities, handled with sensitivity and regular updates. Whether the deceased left a will or passed intestate, we manage the process methodically and keep you informed throughout.

- Distribution of assets to beneficiaries in accordance with the grant

How It Works
We meet to understand the estate — its assets, liabilities, and beneficiaries.
Documentation is prepared and submitted to the appropriate court or administrator.
We follow up with institutions — banks, land offices, share registrars — to gather and transfer assets.
Assets are distributed to the correct beneficiaries and accounts are finalised.
